DMSO ist ein organisches Lösungsmittel und wird ursprünglich bei der Verarbeitung von Holz, z.B. bei der Herstellung von Zellstoff gewonnen.
Bei Raumtemperatur ist es eine klare, leicht ölige Flüssigkeit, welche aber bei Temperaturen von unter 19° langsam kristallisiert.

Alle 1000ml Flaschen sind mit einem Ausgießeinsatz ausgestattet (aus Lösungsmittel- und Chemikalienbeständigem HDPE). Die Flaschen kommen zudem mit einem praktischen Messbecher (2,5 - 20ml).

DMSO kann mit Wasser, Alkohol oder anderen Flüssigkeiten in jedem Verhältnis verdünnt werden. Es sollte bei Raumtemperatur gelagert werden.
