VERARBEITUNG
HINWEISE
- Für einen sauberen, trockenen und fettfreien Untergrund sorgen; Ölige Holzarten mit Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic entfetten
- Das beste Ergebnis wird auf geschliffenen/aufgerauten Oberflächen erzielt
- Stelle aufgrund der schnellen Trocknung von Timber Fix 30 sicher, dass alle Arbeitshilfen für die Reparatur oder Verklebung bereitliegen
- Kontrolliere, dass beide Komponenten ungehindert durch die Öffnungen austreten können - danach 2K-Mischdüse "Mixer Nozzle Gelb PRO" anbringen
- Die Mischdüse nach dem Gebrauch nicht abnehmen, sondern erst beim nächsten Gebrauch wechseln - beugt Austrocknung des Kartuscheninhalts vor
- Die zu verklebenden Teile zusammenlegen und an den zu verklebenden Teilen aufrauen oder anschleifen und mit Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic reinigen (evtl. mit Repaplast Primer vorbehandeln)
- Timber Fix 30 mit der Mischdüse auf dem Untergrund auftragen und die zu verklebenden Teile so schnell wie möglich, aber spätestens nach 10 Sekunden zusammenfügen
- Die Reparaturstelle kurz fixieren, bis Timber Fix 30 genügend Festigkeit entwickelt hat
- Timber Fix 30 ist nach 10 Minuten durch Fräsen, Bohren, Gewindeschneiden etc. bearbeitbar
