Dormeuse- oder "Sleeper"-Ohrringe waren In Frankreich erfunden, ursprünglich entworfen, um den ganzen Tag und die ganze Nacht getragen zu werden, ohne den Hals der Trägerin zu durchbohren, wodurch sie bequem und sicher zu tragen sind, egal zu welchem Anlass!

EPOCHE: Viktorianisch (1837-1901).

MAßE: Die Ohrringe sind 18,5 mm lang x 8,5 mm breit. 
Paste-Steine haben einen Durchmesser von 8 mm.

MATERIALIEN: Tests bestätigen Silber, Paste.

These look nice. They do not have a traditional tongue, replacing it with some sort of elastic lining. They do fit larger than expected. I purchased wide since normally need that and it creates a bump just below the laces. Also, after size 11 there are only whole size increases. I feel an 11.5 regular would have fit better. They are pretty comfortable with a cushiony insole and thick sole.
