The regions in which you can write are limited by cards in the center of the table. New skills, like taking riverboats and ferries, will help you explore the city and become a jazz legend. At the end of the game, each player draws a route on their map, starting with a low number and then adjacent locations with increasing numbers. You get points for each location you visit.
