Hier bietet sich die den Zellstoffwechsel gezielt fördernde Gabe von Equileen an. Die gleichzeitige Verwendung von Equizin-Hautsalbe unterstützt und beschleunigt dabei den Heilungsprozeß gerade am Anfang der Maukebehandlung sehr effektiv.
Verwendungsempfehlung: ein bis zweimal täglich auf die betroffenen Hautstellen auftragen

This melatonin gives me a good nights sleep. I thought it was 3 mg but it is not, my mistake! I take two of these because 3 mg doesn't do it for me. I sleep like a baby when I take these and wake up feeling rested.

Incredibly Helpful for Sleep & Not Hard to Swallow w/Water or w/o

I shouldn't be taking these due to certain medical conditions, but they taste like nothing, super effective - like I fall asleep within maybe 30-45 minutes - and I STAY asleep watch is a lot more than I can say for any other melatonin products that I've used. Again, I do have restrictions, so I only take them once in a while, but so does my roommate and he says the same. They're small enough to not be hard to swallow as well. I've recommended them to some of my friends and family and we're all in agreement. I mean, of course, consult your doctor first, but like, these have been one of the most helpful supplements for sleep which is super important to me
