Paul enhanced the reach of the Racer-M and incorporated a super-stiff sealed-cartridge bearing roller bridge along with an adjustable trunnion, resulting in the most powerful, finely-tunable, and versatile brake ever designed for Brompton bikes. This sidepull Racer Medium utilizes some of your Brompton's existing brake mounting hardware, so please refer to the included instructions for correct installation. There’s ample clearance between the arms for a 45mm fender, and unlike most single-pivot side-pull brakes, this design won’t pinch the fender sides.
