SealBoss R70 Pump Flush is a non-flammable, solvent-free cleaner and conditioner designed for high-pressure injection pumps used in polyurethane, polyurea, and epoxy applications. It functions as a pump preservative by cleaning, lubricating, and protecting seals, gaskets, and hoses without harming rubber or plastic components 

  • 100% solvent-free & VOC-free: Safe for jobsite use with no shipping hazard classification

  • Non-corrosive and low-odor: Gentle on equipment while effectively removing residual injection material
    Lubricating formula: Conditions pump components and prevents seals from drying out, extending service life

  • Compatible with all SealBoss pump systems, including JointMaster pumps and pneumatic or electric injection units 

Recommended Cleaning Procedure

  1. Purge: Remove the bulk of injection material from the pump.

  2. Solvent Flush (optional): Use a small amount of compatible solvent (e.g., xylene) to purge stubborn residue.

  3. Pump R70: Run R70 through the system at high pressure for 5+ minutes, cycling valves to ensure thorough seal and hose conditioning.

  4. Lubricate/Store: Leave a small amount in the system to keep components lubricated during storage or transport

Sometimes they don’t always squeak but I’m ok with that, because the constant squeaking can drive you crazy. I have a golden who can shove 3 of these in his big mouth but truly, one fits just fine. They are good sized for big dogs, it’s just that mine prefers to have his mouth stuffed like a chipmunk.
