Wijnhuis Bolla werd in 1883 opgericht en sindsdien is de Cantina del Nonno, wat opa’s kelder betekent’ nog steeds het hart van de jarenlange traditie. Inmiddels is de wijnkelder uitgebreid met 1700 barriques en 35 vaten. Bolla Winery maakt nog steeds gebruik van de Sloveens eiken vaten die teruggaan tot het begin tot het ontstaan van het wijnhuis. Tegenwoordig worden alle bekroonde Bolla-wijnen met de hand geoogst en gemaakt in Italië. De verschillende smaken van de druiven kunnen worden toegeschreven aan het unieke klimaat, de bodem en de temperatuur van de regio waarin ze worden geteeld. Het doel is om die nuances vast te leggen, zodat je in elk glas Bolla-wijn een authentieke smaak van Italië zult ervaren.Veel geduld voor de Bolla Amarone Le Origini Riserva
Druiven worden met de hand geoogst en gedurende vier maanden op rekken gedroogd. Vervolgens worden de druiven geperst, gevolgd door een koele maceratie van zeven dagen. De druiven ondergaan vervolgens een langzame gisting gedurende 25 dagen en worden opnieuw vijf dagen gemacereerd bij 24 graden. Het sap wordt tenslotte twaalf maanden gerijpt in 100 procent Franse eiken vaten en daarna 36 maanden in 100 procent Sloveense eiken vaten. De wijn rust negen maanden op fles voordat hij wordt vrijgegeven. De amarone van Bolla is prachtig, in de geur tinten van kersen jam, vanille, drop en ceder hout. De smaak is geweldig rond en verfijnd met tonen van chocolade, specerijen en veel zwart fruit. Niet te vergeten te afdronk, lang en vol met veel fruit. Deze riserva is de topper van Bolla Amarone, met zijn zeer lange lagering wat per oogst jaar verschilt, is hij de absolute top!Shipping Notes

First time using retinol and I love it!!!
I tried retinol for the first time after my friend told me how good it was. Honestly, I was a bit scared at first because I heard it can be harsh. My skin got a little dry in the beginning, but it wasn’t too bad.
