Recommended Uses

• As a textured primer for absorbent mineral substrates including lime render, cement render, concrete, and mineral silicate masonry

• For external use, it must be used as an intermediate coat and overcoated with Beeckosil ASF or Beeck Renosil Coarse or Fine

• Particularly well-suited as a fibre-reinforced primer where enhanced surface bonding and minor crack bridging is needed

Application Guidelines

• Ensure the background surface is stable, water-wettable, clean, and free from dust, debris, efflorescence, or any separable materials

• Prior to application, thin Beeck Quartz Filler with 10–20% Beeck Fixative to achieve a brushable consistency

• Protect freshly applied surfaces from rain, frost, and moisture using appropriate sheeting

• Always perform a test area to verify compatibility, finish, and consumption

Coverage

• Approximate application rate: 0.25 – 0.40 kg/m² depending on surface texture and absorbency

• Perform an on-site test to determine actual coverage for your project

Important Notes

• For exterior use, Beeck Quartz Filler must be overcoated with a suitable Beeck mineral paint

• Background preparation, dilution rates, and application method will vary depending on the substrate
