Erbology grows their lion’s mane mushrooms in carefully controlled conditions on a natural and organic substrate. As a result, this lion’s mane contains over 32% beta-glucans.
Lion’s mane can be eaten whole and has a mild flavour and texture. Mix this powder into soups, stews and hot water. Alternatively, add half a teaspoon to your tea, coffee or hot chocolate per day. You can take it up to twice a day, but remember to take a break after 6-8 weeks of use.
