 Instructions: Heat in microwave for 30 second intervals, shaking up in between heating to distribute warmth. Be careful not to overheat, rice may burn. to use cold, place in plastic bag in freezer for 1-2 hours. 

To clean, carefully spot clean and do not get wet. not recommended for children under 5 years old.
