The tulle is attached to the basque which sits flat and firm to the tummy and measures approximately 8cm wide. The top layer of tulle from the hip to hem measures approximately 41cm. NB: The tutu comes untacked, you will be required to tack the layers together for a traditional 'pancake' look. Leotard is sold
