The Hydro Crunch Grow Light System combines our digital ballast which is UL listed and has the ability to dim 600-Watt, 400-Watt, 250-Watt and also has a super lumen enhanced setting to maximize the grow light systems output. Digital ballasted lighting systems generate roughly 30% more PAR (photo synthetically active radiation) for every watt of electricity consumed compared to the magnetic (core and coil) ballasts of the past. Digital ballasts are more efficient at turning electricity into light and because light intensity often directly correlates to yield you can expect more production for the same electric bill. Each grow light system comes with a plant specific HPS (high pressure sodium) bulb designed specifically for horticultural use. The Vertical Parabolic Open Hood Reflector has a 42 in. diameter spread and comes pre-wired with detachable ballast cord and an E39 socket which will accommodate HID bulbs (both HPS and MH). The grow light reflector comes with a white finish reflective aluminum metal reflector for ultimate dispersion and reflectivity. The grow light system comes with a grounded multi-pin timer to control your photo cycles along with a ratchet light hanger for easy hanging and up and down adjustments over the plant canopy.- Comes complete with ballast, reflector, 600-Watt HPS bulb x 1, timer and adjustable light ratchet hanger

Signs of the Christmas Season
Format: Hardcover
Written in a lyrical format, AND THEN COMES CHRISTMAS is a children's book that illustrates various signals that lead up to the Christmas holiday. It begins with changes of the weather and includes cutting paper snowflakes, hanging colored lights, elves and Santa Claus in stores, looking for a Christmas tree, holiday concerts, making and wrapping gifts, and various other activities. The illustrations are warm and joyful and feature a bi-racial family. AND THEN COMES CHRISTMAS makes a good book to read in mid-November and early December to children.

It Should be Read by Parents and Children Together
Format: Hardcover
I will always remember that when I was a child, I read Manners Can be Fun by Munro Leaf with my mother. When I found out that 4 of his books, including Reading Can be Fun, were still available I hunted them down. As a parent and psychologist, married to a teacher, I believe that all parents should read this book, as well as the others, with their children at an early age instead of letting them watch TV unattended. It worked with my children. It is an investment well worth the time.

Love them all!
Format: Hardcover
My son has long loved the story of Ferdinand (as have I), so I was delighted to be pointed to these books, now back in print. My son is impatient to read, and reading this aloud to him has been wonderful...For him to think of the places he'll go, and the friends he will meet and share with others is magical. All within books. I highly recommend!

Reading can be fun.
Format: Hardcover
I particularly like Munro Leaf's book on reading, which was written for young children to either read or be read to. The logic of choosing good things to read to develop the mind ( as compared to exercise for the body to develop) is a basic concept in the book. The stick figures are fun and mirror the text well.
