In 2021 Marie decided to produce this new cuvée in pink, very aptly named "Voilà l'Été" ("Here comes Summer"). Made of Cabernet Franc this rosé wine manages to bring together a fragrant nose that turns into freshness in the mouth while keeping a good structure all the way. A rosé with character that can well be paired with white meat dishes, pasta with mushrooms or seafood, and chocolate desserts.
