Innovalloy® 4000 MBT (Micro Bore Tubing) series are specifically developed to provide superior performance in micro peristaltic pump of autoanalyzer instrument applications. Manufactured from virgin, FDA approved raw materials, and homogeneously extruded to precise dimensional tolerances. It provides an excellent alternative to TAAT and ChemDurance tubing, especially when accurate tubing size is a concern in micro pump use. Innovalloy® 4000 MBT series are specially formulated and designed to allow excellent chemical resistance against corrosive reagents due to its inert inner layer. Innovalloy® 4000 MBT series meet today’s most stringent cytotoxicity and extractability requirements for critical pharmaceutical and medical process applications. It is also recommended for most biological process fluids. Innovalloy® 4000 MBT series are available in 2 stops and 3 stops configurations and nominal tubing. By applying our special adhesive, firm stop adhesion reduces risk of tubing slip within pump head and prevent varible flow rates to improve productivity, accuracy and safety. In order to easy assembly, each end of MBT tubing can be further flared upon request.

Each pack includes 12 pieces of tubing and other pack sizes are available upon request.
Other ID x OD sizes, stop color, stops distance and tubing length are available and special needs can be customized. Each end of MBT tubing can be further flared for easy assembly.
