How to use:

• Snack: take 1 serving of 30 g as a snack at 10 am and at 4 pm.

• Training days: take 1 serving of 30 g in the morning then after training to deliver to the muscles proteins to improve muscle building.

• Days off: take 2 servings of 30 g a day, preferably in the morning and in the evening.

TO PREPARE THE DRINK:

• 1 measuring spoon = 30 g Mix 1 serving of 30 g in 200 to 250 ml of water (according to the desired texture).
