The JideTech LC005 is a professional dual-spectrum long-range thermal PTZ camera designed for forest fire prevention, wildfire monitoring, emergency command, perimeter protection, and remote outdoor surveillance. It combines an 8MP visible camera with 40X optical zoom and a 640×512 thermal imaging module with temperature measurement, fire spot detection, and abnormal temperature alarm.
The LC005 is available with two thermal lens options: 50mm thermal lens and 75mm thermal lens. The 50mm lens provides a wider field of view, while the 75mm lens provides longer fire detection distance for large-area forest monitoring.

Which Lens Should You Choose?
- 50mm Thermal Lens: Recommended for wider area coverage, medium-to-long-distance forest fire monitoring, and projects requiring a wider thermal field of view. Fire detection distance can reach approximately 7–10KM.
- 75mm Thermal Lens: Recommended for longer-distance wildfire detection, mountain forest monitoring, border areas, reservoirs, and large open spaces. Fire detection distance can reach approximately 10–15KM.

Designed for Forest Fire Prevention
Forest fires often start from small heat sources that are difficult to identify with normal visible-light cameras, especially at night, in smoke, or across long distances. The LC005 thermal PTZ camera detects abnormal heat signatures before flames spread, helping operators respond earlier and reduce fire damage.
With dual-spectrum imaging, operators can use the thermal channel to detect heat sources and the 8MP visible channel with 40X optical zoom to verify the actual scene in detail.
