啤酒花的挑選、運輸、使用方法等，都是交由手工啤酒專家森振水先生構思。
日本東北古時有一種名為花酛的DOBUROKU造法，當時使用的物種與現今的啤酒花十分相似。所以這款酒可謂以古老手法及現今技術所造成的DOBUROKU。
今次並沒有使用Nelson Sauvin啤酒花，因此白葡萄味會減，反而香草的風味會更為強烈。

Misleading

This is a very horrible material and poorly made suit, I have never bought anything this bad in amazon before, the crazy thing is that I returned this thing to get a refund and they shipped back the exact same garbage back to me.
