One sleeve on each half of the bifold and a middle one that flaps back and forth to show both sides. One side of the flap has the three card slots and the other side has the clear plastic for identification. There are also a sleeve under each of the three card slots. The wallet has a nice texture and a nice color. It feels pretty well-made and it seems like it would last a long time. It fits like any other bifold wallet.
