In the glass, it’s deep ruby with purple hues. Aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, and plum lead into notes of black pepper, clove, and dried herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and supple, with dark fruit, hints of dark chocolate and espresso, and silky tannins carrying through to a long, composed finish.
A beautifully structured Shiraz with both generosity and restraint — and exceptional value while it’s in the EOFY sale.

"A halo of dotted violet florals surround raspberry, black cherries and rhubarb. Kalamata olives swim in rosemary scented brine. A touch of pink peppercorn too. Tannins are quite grainy and will see this wine age well, for now it adds chew and a gauze like grip, deepening textural complexity. Flavours linger long and wide with some subtle cedar and cassia bark spice. Taut with quivering energy and a wonderful assembly of fruit, herbs, soil and spice. Excellent value, buy it by the dozens. Partner with lamb cutlets, the fat juicy ones."
