Preparation:
Use 1 tablespoon per 8 oz just-boiled water (let bubbles settle first). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.

Long Infusion: Use 3 tablespoons per quart of hot water. Steep covered for 4 hours for a mineral-rich infusion. Strain and sip.  

Seasonal note:
Traditionally brewed during fasting seasons, digestive self-care, after holiday indulgence or travel.
