The Human SEPT3 (Neuronal-specific septin-3) ELISA Kit measures SEPT3 in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti SEPT3 antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with SEPT3 bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of SEPT3 in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Thin material
The material is a little thin. Even though these pillow covers are lined with a satin type material they are still a little see through. I tried to insert another pillow I had that had a print on it but you could see the other pillow through it. If you use a plain while pillow insert these should be ok.

The pattern on this pillow cover looks more luxurious in person than compared to the pictures. This is because there is a texture to it that is wonderful and is not very perceptible through a screen. It is very soft to the touch, and it feels good. Plush and padded. Easy care, I machine washed cold with white items only and hang dry. No wrinkles coming out of the washer.
