Each Film Coated Tablet Contains:
Magnesium (as Magnesium phosphate pentahydrate 242.02mg) 50mg,
Magnesium (as Magnesium amino acid chelate 250mg) 50mg,
Magnesium (as Magnesium citrate 161.3mg) 25mg,
Magnesium (as heavy Magnesium oxide 346.69mg) 209.12mg,
Total elemental Magnesium 334.12mg

Directions:
Adults – Take 1 tablet per day with meals, or as professionally prescribed.

Children (under 15 years) – Only as professionally prescribed.

Contraindications and cautions:

• Magnesium may decrease the absorption of some medications. If you are taking Magnesium supplementation with quinolone antibiotics or tetracycline, please take them at least two hours apart.
• Prydoxine may decrease the efficacy of some medications. If you are taking phenytoin or phenobarbitone (anticonvulsant drugs) please consult your healthcare professional before use.
• Store below 25°C.
• Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
