Introducing the Infratech CD Series Dual Element with Traditional Motif CD5228MG4 5200 Watts 208V 25 Amps Infrared Electric Patio Heater 48 x 8.19 x 2.5 in. Marine Grade. This is a 5200 Watt 208 Volt 25 Amp heater. At 48 inches long, this heater will heat an area of 10 by 10 feet at a mounting height of between 8 and 10 feet. The CD Series heaters may be surface or flush mounted, however, it is the preferred model for surface mounting due to its more slim and contemporary C shape. In comparison, the larger bodied WD Series is better suited for flush mount installation, providing for better ventilation within the ceiling pocket. This heater is available in Stainless Steel and eight additional colors as well as a Marine Grade Option. Compatible controls for this heater are the Duplex stack switch and all Custom Control options. Please keep in mind that the available Infratech heater voltages of 120, 208 and 240 are typical for residential properties, while 277 and 480 are more common for commercial. If you're not sure which voltage to choose, please consult with a licensed electrician. These heaters come with a full 3 year warranty from Infratech.

The taste was sour and most of the bag was pulverized shreds. :( I did find that letting a bit airdry in a bowl made it a little more palatable, but honestly it'sjust sitting in my fridge still, where normally I'd have eaten the whole bag in a day or so. I will say that there was a decent amount for the price. The texture and cut were good on the whole pieces. Also, some of the bites left a weird coating and nasty taste on my tongue, like baking soda or something, but definitely an off taste. I had my own beef jerky store for several years, so I'm a connoisseur, but no snob. -----update 8/13/2019------- I contacted customer service via the email on the bag and got a response. They sent me a new bag and here is the email I sent them back. Very happy now. ....The biltong showed up last Thursday! I'm sorry i kept forgetting to email you. It is delicious. It's night and day difference between the bag I got through Amazon originally. This bag was pristine and the taste is spot on. Every piece is a perfect slice, no shreds or fluff. Dark, rich brown color, not hay colored like the old bag. I really think that the other bag got very hot or something and out the taste off. Thank you so much. Now I know that if I am in the mood for biltong, Ayoba-yo is a good choice. Thanks for the customer service as well.....

I have been lucky to visit South Africa a few times in my life. What is not lucky is coming home to the United States and craving biltong.
