Rayu (ラー油) là một loại dầu ớt nổi tiếng của Nhật Bản, được làm bằng cách thêm ớt vào dầu mè và đun nóng để tạo nên hương vị cay thơm đặc trưng.

Dầu mè cay Rayu House được làm từ loại dầu mè nguyên chất có mùi thơm nồng và chiết xuất ớt đỏ, kết hợp thêm một chút dầu hạt cải tạo nên một loại dầu ớt, một gia vị nêm thơm lừng, góp phần làm tăng gấp đôi sự hấp dẫn cho món ăn.

Với màu nâu đỏ rực rỡ và mùi vị cay thơm kích thích, dầu ớt cay Rayu thường được làm gia vị ăn kèm và cho vào nhiều món ăn khác nhau như các món xào, mì, nước sốt trộn salad, thêm vào nước chấm khi ăn gyoza, dumplings, rưới trực tiếp lên các món như miso ramen, tonkotsu ramen,…

Đặc biệt, dầu mè cay Rayu còn rất được ưa chuộng khi dùng cho các món ăn Trung Quốc kiểu Nhật như đậu phụ Mapo, chuka ryori, mì Dan Dan mè đen (Kurogoma Tantanmen),… Chỉ cần cho một lượng nhỏ rayu cũng đủ tạo ra hương vị cay thơm vô cùng quyến rũ và siêu kích thích vị giác.

This book really challenges the readers to live to not only think of marriage in the light of the gospel but also their daily lives. So many marriage books are just that, marriage books. Do this, do that, and you will have a successful marriage. This book is unique in the sense of really pushing the reader to dig deeper in their spiritual life. Encouraging the growth in their heart rather than just biblically saturated "go to advice" for a better or stronger marriage. I would highly recommend this book to anyone, whether you are married, single, young or old. This book gives a great view of what your marriage, life, and heart should look like in the light of eternity!

Still reading this with my wife and meeting up to go over the questions. It's a beautiful, God-exalting, Christ-centered view of marriage and how we are joined together for the mission of God, not just to stare at each other. We have only been married two years, but I see now that God is calling us to more, and we want to honor God in all that we do. I will recommend this book to others, but only once I finish the book. I'll update later with a more comprehensive review.
