Nottingham-based producers Geiom & Shortstuff have packed a huge amount of innovation into this two-track single, their first for Planet Mu. Reminiscent of early Black Dog, "No Hand Signals" works dizzy Arabic synths into a melodic hyper-rhythmic dubstep workout with lots of detailed breakdowns and wormholes. It's a first for dubstep, which until now has never seen this degree of melody in a track this catchy.
