- Handmade firebrick construction and deep insulation help retain heat and improve bake consistency.
- Includes an iron stand, thermometer, iron door, and internal stack exhaust.
- 115V, 60Hz, single-phase electrical connection with 16 amps and 92,500 BTU gas heat.
- Compatible with natural gas or propane and uses a 3/8-inch NPT gas connection.
- Dedicated natural draft flue is recommended; venting requirements depend on local code.
