1、將豬肚清洗乾淨
2、豬肚與雞肉分開川燙後備用(可加薑片去腥)
3、把川燙好的豬肚、雞肉、老薑4-5片、米酒及燉包倒入3000cc的水大火滾了關小火煮40分鐘，加入喜愛的調味料即可熄火。
