To maintain a consistent iodine level, we recommend daily supplementation with Sera marin COMPONENT 7 - iodine. This approach helps to avoid fluctuations in iodine concentration and prevents deficiencies. Sera marin COMPONENT 7 - iodine is packaged in a convenient dropper bottle for easy dosing. COOL Pillowcases Worth Buying

I bought these to try out, and I was shocked to find they worked out better than my silk pillowcases. I have atopic dermatitis, and I need a pillowcase that doesn't irritate my skin.
