And its so simple! Just three sprays towards the back of the throat before you go to bed, it starts to work immediately to coat and tone the soft tissue, preventing vibration and hence snoring.
Phytotherapy research in 2004, by Andrew J.N. Prichard at Shrewsbury Hospital in England, suggests that this combination of essential oils "may have an action on the soft palate (and even the greater area of the pharynx) via an antispasmodic action altering the tone of the musculature such as to reduce palatal, thus reducing the noise to the bed partner." "The essential oils might also increase blood flow to the palate, thereby causing even a modest increase in "stiffness" and again reducing flutter and noise."
Each essential oil in the Helps Stop Snoring Spray formula has multiple benefits, but together there seems to be unlimited potential to improve snoring issues, interrupted sleep, breathing patterns, and even dry, scratchy throat. Peppermint oil (Mentha x piperita) (leaf) 61.05%, Lemon oil (Citrus x limon) (peel) 8.95%, Clove oil (Syzygium aromaticum) (leaf) 4.21%, Scotch pine oil (Pinus sylvestris) (needle) 4.21%, Sage oil (Salvia officinalis) (leaf) 3,68%, Eucalyptus oil (Eucalyptus globulus) (leaf) 3.68%, Thyme oil (Thymus vulgaris) (leaf) 3.16%, Lemon balm oil (Melissa officinalis) (leaf) 3.16%, English lavender oil (Lavandula angustifolia) (flowering head) 3.16%, Mastic oil (Pistacia lentiscus) (gum exudate) 3.16 %, Fennel oil (Foeniculum vulgare) (aerial parts) 1.58%. (Medicinal ingredients make up 0.43% of the total volume).
Suggested Usage
Right before bedtime, tilt head backwards and open mouth wide. Keeping bottle upright, point black spot on spray bottle towards the inside of the mouth. Spray 3 times, directing the spray towards the back of the throat. Swallow and repeat again. For best results, do not eat or drink after use.

I am a victim of early childhood bullying by my brother, who used me for the butt of all his jokes. My eyebrows for one. Always saying they were so think, I looked like the character from the guy from the Muppets Bert or Ernie. Always pointing them out and ridiculing me in front of everyone. I was little and it got worse as I got older, so when I was in grade school, I got tired of it and got ahold of my older sister's Nair hair removal and took them off. Imagine being in fifth grade fat, ugly and no brows, the taunting got even worse, so I had to learn from a young age to draw them in, I went through hell!
Throughout the years, I learned how to draw them in and always used Jordana pencils as they were cheap and perfect. Since they no longer make them anyone, I went on the hunt for a better pencil, and after spending tons of money on eyebrow pencils and seeing how worthless they were, I tried these and OMG, FINALLY, someone got it right. These pencils are perfect, it's a self sharpening mechanical pencil so you don't loose half the pencil when trying to sharpen, It applies perfectly, the coverage is perfect, stays on forever, and removes with ease. One other thing that makes this pencil even more dynamic is the eraser at the end of the pencil, it allows you to shape your brows perfectly!
