Stand Back is the fourth studio album by Canadian rock band April Wine, released in 1975. Featuring the hit song "Tonight Is A Wonderful Night To Fall In Love" and perhaps one of the most iconic album openers ever, "Oowatanite," the album became the first by a Canadian band to achieve platinum sales in Canada. Known for their blues-y grit and and infectious hooks, April Wine opened for The Rolling Stones, Rush, and Nazareth, and scored numerous platinum and gold-selling records in Canada and the US throughout their illustrious career.
