Operation

Smart Fan automatically runs at lower speeds below set point. The controller also knows how fast the belt temp is rising and compensates fan speed accordingly.
Belt Temp Gauge
The 3.2 Dimmable Gauge is the latest & greatest version of our patented, thermally compensated, infrared belt temperature gauge design. This gauge allows for real-time monitoring of belt surface temperature, and features multicolor LED temperature alerts. On the anti-glare LCD screen you'll be able to easily monitor current, average, and high belt temperatures.
Our added rocker switch now allows you to dim both the LED light as well as your LCD screen. Cycle between 5 levels of brightness to suit your riding needs! You will also have the ability to customize the settings by holding in your rocker switch for 2 seconds. NEW Gauge Menu Features!
Our thermally compensated infrared sensors are medical grade, and are manufactured to withstand the harsh environments found in motorsports.
Belt Cooling Fan
The Razorback Belt Cooling Fan Kit is a smart temperature control system for the CVT clutch belt for your UTV. Push for greater performance than ever knowing your belt will stay at the optimum temperature for long life. The fan is designed to push 2-3x more air than other belt cooling fans due to the smart temperature control that only uses full power when needed. This is the only belt cooling system in the industry with built in infrared technology, which can read true belt surface temps regardless of air temperature. Stock air temp sensors get it wrong as soon as air starts moving, but infrared stays true. This puts you in control of your true belt temp for maximum performance lifespan.

Machine Capability
We unfortunately don't have every machine spec'd out but this fan can be used on any machine. The diameter of the fan is 3.75in for those that want to fit to a machine not listed.
ATTENTION
If you choose to get the software update for your 3.1 Gauge to the 3.2 Gauge please read instructions below!
How it works:
Print out your order receipt and ship that along with your old 3.1 gauge pod only. Your sensor harness and infrared sensor are both compatible with the new gauge, so no need to ship that back to us!
Once we receive your gauge pod and order receipt, we will then package up and ship your gauge and fan kit.
*All 3.1 Gauges will need to be reflashed to unlock all the capabilites of the fan and due to supply issues, some 3.1 Gauges may need additional board components that would require an extra $25. We will contact you if your 3.1 Gauge doesn't qualify after we receive it
