Manifold accepts SPA "L" fitting

- Turbo Flange Bolt Specs: T2 turbo flange bolt holes: M8x1.25; T3/T4 turbo flange bolt holes: M10x1.5; Wastegate flange bolt holes (if applicable): M8x1.25
