The central oval panel of round diamonds appears to be a later addition to the ring (perhaps replacing a different stone that was once there), but the rest of the ring is antique.

Circa 1910-1920.

Stamped and tested as 18ct gold.

The oval head measures approximately 11.8mm (L) x 9.2mm (W) x 3.9mm (D).

The approximate weight is 3.6 grams.
