1200mm bands allow for greater ranges of motion, with 5 graded bands of different resistances allowing you to tailor your workouts to your ability and increase difficulty to keep continuously challenge yourself.

The bands can be used simultaneously with one another to create multiple layers of resistance to push yourself. Perfect for upper body, lower body, full body and muscle group workouts.
