淡淡乳香，細滑口感，採用特製膠體，軟硬適中，製作簡單又方便。耐凍性最好：冷凍麵糰(Frozen Dough) 使用卡士達作餡料，雖經長時間的凍藏，仍可確保內餡的品質良好。
 

製作方法：

1. 卡士達粉100克加入牛奶或冷開水350

    克，攪拌均勻即可食用。
2. 可調配鮮奶油、可可粉、巧克力醬、

    水果醬、果泥等口味變化。

 

儲       存：置於陰涼、乾燥處一年。
