AX2 mount - One Connector for All Your Light-Painting Tools
After years of searching for a clean, all-in-one solution for my light-painting workflow, I designed the AX2: a compact, precision-machined adapter that makes it effortless to use a single flashlight with all of your favorite tools: tubes, blades, whips, and fiber optics. No more juggling setups. The AX2 lets you keep one connector in place while switching tools seamlessly.
The AX2 securely connects your flashlight to any compatible light-painting accessory. It also acts as a mount for your dimmers for tubes and squares.
Please note that this extension is NOT required for tubes and squares. I use this as a way to insert dimmers, which has been my way of controlling the flashlight's brightness for the past three years.

Use with:

Instructions:
- Klarus XT2CR-Pro: unscrew the bezel of the Klarus and screw in the AX2
- Olight Warrior 3s: unscrew the bezel of the Olight, remove the top white o-ring, and screw in the AX2 extension tube. If you're having a hard time removing the top o-ring, use a needle to gently take it out of its socket.
- For both flashlights: keep the AX2 in place to avoid loosing any internal parts
