Suggested Use: Shake Well Before Using

Start with ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops), twice daily for a week. Take under the tongue, orally or dilute with water or tea. Once extract is in the body’s system, the dosage can be reduced to 1 time per day depending on the severity of the complaint. Dosages may need to increase to 3 times daily for more severe complaints. Drinking several glasses of water daily is also suggested, along with a healthy well balanced diet and exercise. Best taken 15 minutes before eating or 2 hours after.

Day 1: Take ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops) 2 x daily.

Day 2: Take ⅛ teaspoon (about 14 drops) 2 x daily.

Day 3: Take ¼ teaspoon (about 28 drops) 2 x daily.

Day 4: Take ¼ teaspoon (about 28 drops) 2 x daily.

Day 7: Allow body to rest drink at least 8, 8 ounce glasses of water.
