Following on from Dimensional Space on Echospace (CV313 001CD, 313 004CD), dub techno legend CV313, aka Stephen Hitchell, offers up his second album, Glass City Sessions on Minimood, featuring five profoundly immersive tracks that come as a double vinyl release only. CV313's signature dub techno sound has been a blueprint for the genre and is created on vintage hardware; all sounds, static, tones, and paranormal occurrences are left in to render it as atmospheric as it is. The five expansive recordings that make up the album are actually based on live recordings from a DEMF after-show night back in 2000 in Detroit. "The music is a bit creepy and so was the experience of this live show," says Stephen Hitchell. "It was an old dingy warehouse about ten miles out of downtown Detroit, right next to the now abandoned Eloise asylum, but there are many stories of it still being haunted." Indeed, that theme of haunted locations around Detroit echoes through the five tracks and makes them a truly cinematic experience. Opening things up on the first record is the brilliantly dark "Belle Isle Symphonics", twelve frosty minutes of hunched-over drums and rattling metal sounds that place you in the center of a large abandoned building. "Masonic Mystic" is much sparser and more eerie, with watery chords and warm static suspending you in an unsettling calm atmosphere, but one that always feel like something strange is around the corner. On the second record the superb "Stars Above Elmwood" lifts the shadowy mood somewhat with more airy dub techno drums and pensive chords rippling out in all directions. It's warm, expansive, and utterly absorbing for more than 13 minutes. "Two Way Inn" continues the trip in fine style with gentle chords and barely there drums, comforting white noise and distant pads all sinking you into a state of meditation before the masterful "Eloise's Theme" arrives, an ambient-ish masterpiece with horizontal chords gently moving up-and-down the scales to trap you in a soothing state, but always with an undercurrent of foreboding. This new album by CV313 is deep, storytelling dub techno of the highest order. Comes on splatter vinyl.

Good price & variety
I ordered this just before Christmas to give away as gifts and gave one to my bf as well. All the scents were strong and I enjoyed them. My boyfriend and I used the one that I gave him (patchouli scent with the scrub) to test it out. It was very exfoliating. It didn’t bother us, maybe we got a good batch, or just have skin not as gentle as others. It felt similar to a sugar scrub.
For the price, you get a good amount and variety of this soap. I might get another box just for myself. If you check the ingredients they are actually very simple & natural, not full of parabens or random chemicals that you can’t even pronounce.

Nice soaps!
After visiting Colorado and trying real goats milk soap we have yet to find anything we liked as much.
On a whim I purchased this pack.
My husband and I both like them very much. As much as we like to shop local it’s been hard to find what we wanted.
We will definitely purchase again. We like the scents, the natural exfoliators and the softness it leaves our skin.

Very good bars of soap collection.
My wife doesn’t like the liquid soap because a lot of them say detergent and she says she’s not a dish or a piece of clothing. So this set looks really appealing with a variety of fragrances and scents. It will last you a while. The size of each soap bar is the average size of soap bar. It lathers very well, while being soft on the skin and ganking dirt and odors like it does it’s basically a steal.

Good for exfoliating
Color: Beige (4 Packs)
These are great for saving and using soap slivers. I can't stand to throw out something useful but once they get too small they're hard to hold onto. I had a mesh bag but it started to come apart and I thought these would hold up better. These bags are thick and sturdy. They're a little stiff at first but softened up quickly. They're great for exfoliating. The only change I would like to see is the wood closing bead changed to a locking clip as it slides open all the time.

Great product!
Color: Beige (8 Packs)
I buy handmade soap from a local soap maker, but I’ve always had trouble with it lasting—if I leave it in a soap dish, it never dries properly and melts away too quickly. I used to use loofah socks, but they were frustrating: the knots wouldn’t stay tied and they tore apart easily.
I decided to give these a try, and I’m impressed! I had a couple of concerns going in. First, I wasn’t sure they’d fit the larger-sized handmade bars I use—but they do! It’s a snug fit at first, which can make lathering a bit tricky, but after one or two uses it softens up and starts to lather beautifully—honestly, better than the mesh loofahs I’ve used.
The design is thoughtful: the knot stays secure, and the bead keeps the soap from slipping out—both huge improvements over other products I’ve tried.
The biggest surprise? The exfoliation. It’s effective without being harsh, even on sensitive areas. My skin felt softer than it ever did with sugar or salt scrubs. That’s an unexpected bonus I didn’t even realize I needed!
Highly recommend—especially if you’re using handmade or natural soaps and want to make them last longer.
