The Human ARNT (Aryl hydrocarbon receptor nuclear translocator) ELISA Kit measures ARNT/HIF1Beta in Human Serum, Plasma, Cell Culture Supernatant, Cell or Tissue Lysate. This kit is based on Double antibody-Sandwich ELISA detection method and takes 4h assay time. The microplate provided in this kit has been precoated with anti ARNT/HIF1β antibody. Add standard and properly diluted sample into relevant well respectively. After incubation, wash unbound components. Add biotinylated detection antibody. Then, it binds with ARNT/HIF1β bound to precoated antibody. Wash unbound components and add HRP-Streptavidin Conjugate (SABC). Wash unbound components again and add TMB substrate solution. Then, TMB was catalyzed by HRP to produce a blue color product that turned yellow after adding a stop solution. Read the O.D. absorbance at 450nm in a microplate reader. Calculate the concentration of ARNT/HIF1β in the sample by plotting standard curve. The concentration of the target substance is proportional to the OD450 value.

Quality Spirulina, A "Superfood"

Google Spirulina if you don't know what it is. In short, it's from algae (in this case) that has been shown to provide many health benefits, and studies are underway to validate other claims. One important value: it is one of the few foods that cover essential amino acids. As I said, do your own research. I'm relating what I read and my personal experience. This is, so far, the best spirulina I've found. It is a raw product, vegan, certified organic (by USDA), and proven "bio-active," meaning for me, I absorb it well. It does have an "algae taste" and mild odor (of same). This is difficult to describe, but call it a mild "hay" tone to the flavor. Since it's a pill, it shouldn't bother you. I did notice it the first few weeks, though. IMPORTANT: Not recommended for anyone suffering from phenylketonuria. Ask a medical professional first.
