This historical recording is a milestone and it is a reason why he was the withheld for 30 years. If anyone deserves to be called a living legend of the Norwegian free jazz, then this is certainly the Saxophonist, Flutist and Clarinet player Frode Gjerstad. Since the nineteen seventies he was pivotal to more than 50 albums and has free jazz legends such as Evan Parker, Johnny Dyani, John Stevens, Derek Bailey, Barry Guy, Bobby Bradford, Paul Rutherford, Hamid Drake, William Parker Peter Brotzmann, John Edwards, Louis Moholo-Moholo, Han Bennink, and many others played. With detail he has eight albums, with CIRCULATIONE TOTAL ORCHESTRA seven and with the FRODE GJERSTAD TRIO. In 1996 he was awarded the Norwegian Jazz Musician of the Year "and received the Buddy Award 2009. Eivin One Pedersen (1956-2012) was also from Stavanger and was since 1975 and the first Bandgr IDA LUPINO a close friend to come to Stavanger from Frode before they invited John Stevens to and play with them in Detail. He released his solo album, Solo Mio "in 1981 and candidate 1984 AHA !. Your Debt, Keep Nose In Front "was published in the same year offentlichen before they had their name modern. As EXTENDED NOISE verification it two more albums. John Stevens (1940-1994) is an important part of the story of free jazz. His main focus was always on the SPONTANEOUS MUSIC ENSEMBLE, he said he was 1966 with Trevor Watts and Paul Rutherford and faithful until his death in 1994. Detail were intended as a quartet with Johnny Dyani on bass. They played in 1982, a tour in Norway, the Molde Jazz Festival played in the summer and had a tour planned, but Johnny did not make it in time for their first gig at Henie Onstad Art Centre on the outskirts of Oslo, of where this picture was taken. not too shabby
Format: Kindle
This book reminds me of a Jane Austin novel. She writes like Jane Austin. The author did a good job with realism, life is painful and there was a plethora of that in this book. I do like how it ended even though I’m not a huge fan of Lilys choices. I’m not sure she deserved her ending, she reconciled one tragedy in her life but several others are still waiting for her to take responsibility for. It was worth the read.

Format: Hardcover
Read this novel when it first came out and still thinking and talking about it. Great read for a book club --- each reader may have different take away topics - young love, sisterhood, friendship, forgiveness, motherhood. I just bought several copies to give to some powerhouse women. Keep writing D Curtis. Your Fan.

I was skeptical, but for me, this one works.

I am usually skeptical of these "improve-your-whatever-with-this" products. But much to my surprise, for me this one lives up to the hype. After about a week, there was as noticeable improvement in my overall memory, especially older memories. My recall is faster, I retain things longer, and learn new things more quickly. As a side benefit, I am also now able to quickly find alternative solutions to everyday problems that come up.

GREAT product!! No complaints at all!

So I got this product as an experiment. I don’t like taking prescriptions - but that is just me. I have the most boring job on the planet. And it’s all I can do to make it just through the morning without falling asleep. when I saw this product, I decided to give it a try. I am totally and completely shocked how well this works. It doesn’t make me jittery at all. It just makes me feel alive and alert and ready to roll. And I can focus on the monotonous tasks at my job. When I do take them, I have to take them in the morning. they do last all day - again - this is for me. but I found when I took them in the afternoon, I was still wide awake at 1:00am. Which put a damper on my trying to drag myself out of bed and to work at the most boring job ever.

good experience so far

I’ve been taking Qunol Brain Health for a little while now, and overall I’ve had a good experience with it. What stood out to me first was that it didn’t upset my stomach, which I’ve run into with other supplements. I feel like I’ve noticed a difference in my ability to stay focused during the day, especially when I’m working on tasks that usually make my mind wander. My energy levels also feel a bit steadier, without that late afternoon mental fog.
The capsules are easy to swallow, and I like that it combines several ingredients aimed at supporting memory and concentration rather than having to take them separately. It’s obviously not an overnight miracle, but with consistent use I do feel sharper and more mentally “on.”
The only downside for me is the price—it’s a little higher than some other brain supplements I’ve tried. But considering the quality and how it makes me feel, I think it’s worth it.
