- Moisture module provides hot holding and proofing with moisture control and thermostat settings up to 200°F.
- Holds up to (18) 18" x 26" sheet pans or (34) 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" pans on universal wire slides.
- Blue Insulation Armour exterior is cool to the touch and built for durability in mobile applications.
- Full-height cabinet includes insulated Dutch aluminum doors and a removable bottom-mount control module for easier cleaning.
- 5" casters, including two with brakes, make it easy to move and secure in place.
