The rounded edges won't catch on things and won't wear away like harsh edges can. A 4" flange reinforces the center of the board to keep its shape. Blade is machine scored in a spiral pattern to control drywall mud, plaster, or other materials and keep it centered on the tool. A 1 2" thick sponge

This heavy-duty, lightweight magnesium hawk is a favorite of professional plasterers. The tough Extru-Lite™ magnesium blade is 30% lighter than aluminum. The rounded edges won't catch on things and won't wear away like harsh edges can.

A 4" flange reinforces the center of the board to keep its shape. Blade is machine scored in a spiral pattern to control drywall mud, plaster, or other materials and keep it centered on the tool. A 1/2" thick sponge rubber hand protector fits snugly beneath the blade to prevent calluses. A smooth wood handle provides a comfortable grip. Proudly made in the USA.

Warm Hands for Experienced Snow Machine Riders
Durable, lightweight, comfortable, and warm (my sled has heated handlebars). Gauntlets hold their shape very well. Easy to get hands in and out. Clear screen fogs up on the inside, so you can't see through it. I recommend for experienced riders who know where all of the buttons are. After getting a few good rides with a swithbox gremlin I would be comfortable using them again. Will also need to reposition OFF BUTTON. Gauntlet fabric at handlebars is a little flimsy, so putting hands in and out may accidentally press the button. I might add pieces of foam where gauntlets secure to handlebars to add structure and support. I had no problems on my very first ride, but I didn't test the amount of pressure needed to make it press the button. I've recommended them to others in Facebook Groups. I trust the brand. Had no problem fitting hands and arms in and out with thick coat & gloves in -14°F to +36°F. All-in-all... Worth the money, but would recommend waiting for a sale.
