Sapphire eyeliner pencil is a gorgeous, rich blue eyeliner. It's a creamy and richly pigmented eye pencil that glides on eyes smoothly.  It's not too soft and not too hard. PRO-TIP, I like to layer this color with a double application. TO make it look deeper and bolder or bluer or to change the color to a beautiful tanzanite color, take a flat tip liner/eyebrow brush and dip it in a deep purple or blue eyeshadow. Go over it using mini-strokes. If you try this technique, your eyeliner will last for many hours without smudging.

Note, the eyeliner color looks different on everyone's skin. My skin has a yellow undertone to it so it looks very blue.  It may look more purply blue on you.
