Libec HS-350M Professional Video Tripod System: Advanced 75mm Off-Ground Support (75mm Head / RT30RB / BR-2B / FP-2B / RC-20)

In mid-tier independent filmmaking, corporate video production, and commercial broadcasting, camera packages require absolute, unyielding horizontal stabilization. However, production environments rarely offer perfectly flat studio floors. The Libec HS-350M Video Tripod System—comprising an advanced 75mm ball fluid head (the premium H35), the high-rigidity RT30RB aluminum tripod legs, the adjustable BR-2B mid-level spreader, a set of FP-2B large rubber feet, and the rugged RC-20 padded transit case—is meticulously engineered to conquer uneven field terrain.

Featuring a precise payload capacity of 8kg (17.6 lbs), this system stands as a premiere choice for configurations built around fully kitted mirrorless rigs, large DSLRs, handheld broadcast camcorders, and mid-sized cinema packages (such as the Sony FX6, Canon C70, or RED Komodo) heavily outfitted with production accessories.

The H35 75mm Fluid Head: Continuous Perfect Counterbalance

The centerpiece of this professional kit is its state-of-the-art 75mm dual-base fluid head. Built around Libec’s acclaimed Continuous Perfect Counterbalance system, this head eliminates the limitations of basic stepped or fixed internal springs.

  • Zero-Gravity Balance: By adjusting the smooth continuous dial on the back of the casting, camera operators can tune the internal spring tension to match the exact center of gravity of an 8kg camera package. When properly calibrated, the camera floats effortlessly at any tilt angle (+90° to -70°), staying completely motionless the moment you remove your hands from the pan bar.

  • Multilayered Metal Structure Drag Unit: Featuring precise fluid drag settings for both the pan and tilt axes, this system entirely eliminates microscopic stutters and sudden jerky resistance when starting or stopping a camera tilt. Backed by high-grade internal silicone grease, it functions identically across extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +60°C (-40°F to +140°F).

  • Dual-Head Hybrid Base: The head incorporates a 75mm half-ball base with an integrated flat bottom. Drop it straight into the tripod for instant ground leveling, or unscrew the bowl clamp to expose standard 3/8"-16 threads for attachment to linear sliders or skater dollies.

RT30RB Legs: Heavy-Duty Die-Cast Aluminum Engineering

A professional fluid head requires an unyielding, twist-free foundation. The Libec RT30RB 2-stage aluminum tripod legs are built from high-tensile, multi-tube aluminum alloy to provide industrial-grade reliability.

  • Massive Structural Threshold: While the fluid head is rated for 8kg, the RT30RB legs are rated to withstand a massive downward weight capacity of 25kg (55 lbs). This ensures that the legs will never bend, wobble, or experience structural fatigue over years of heavy use.

  • High Torsional Rigidity: Heavy-duty aluminum die-cast material is utilized for the leg casings and upper fixation screws. This prevents radial twisting forces from creeping into your shot when executing high-speed horizontal panning sweeps.

  • Integrated Field Utilites: The leg casting incorporates an integrated carrying handle for fast pick-up-and-go handling on busy sets, an automatic retracting binding strap, and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 female accessory threads to rigidly mount articulated monitor arms or wireless transmitters.

BR-2B Mid-Level Spreader: Conquering Uneven Off-Ground Surfaces

What elevates this specific configuration for demanding outdoor work is the inclusion of the Libec BR-2B mid-level spreader. Unlike floor spreaders that fail on rocky inclines, stairs, or rugged terrain, the BR-2B anchors to the middle of the tripod legs, allowing them to expand and adapt independently at completely different angles. Constructed from highly engineered, reinforced composite material, it absorbs radial stress while maintaining absolute structural rigidity.

FP-2B Large Rubber Feet: Uncompromised Studio Traction

When transitioning this mid-level spreader configuration indoors onto polished studio floors, slick gymnasium surfaces, or delicate event pavements, the included Libec FP-2B large rubber feet are essential.

This proprietary three-piece set slips effortlessly over the tripod’s native heavy-duty steel spiked feet. The broad, textured rubber base increases traction dramatically, preventing microscopic slipping during heavy pans while simultaneously shielding delicate interior floors from scratches. When heading back outside into dirt, gravel, or mud, the rubber boots pull off in seconds to expose the metal spikes.

Travel Convenience with the Premium RC-20 Case

Completing this professional package is the Libec RC-20 padded carrying case. This heavy-duty, weather-resistant nylon bag is designed specifically to shield your investment during transit. The case features dense interior foam padding to protect the fluid head and leg castings from heavy impacts, a wide-opening zipper for hassle-free packing, and a comfortable shoulder strap for easy transport on long treks between shoot locations.

An empty-hearted effort
Format: Kindle
Managing personal efficiency is no doubt an important skill. And judging from the author's success from the first book, I assume he is a credible author. But this book is just way too shallow and lacks the evidence of any sinerity for the readers. If you are new to the concept of life efficiency management, it might be good to read his first book. If you are looking for a good framework or advice on how to achieve your goal, then you will for sure be disappointed. This whole book is just about stressing the importance of efficiency management. Absolutely anything else!

Book Review of The Alchemist
Format: Paperback
In The Alchemist, Paulo Coelho uses diction, syntax, and the hero cycle to keep the pace of the book constant, and keep the reader intrigued. But, he does have a few flaws present in the book. The Alchemist is a book about a boy named Santiago, who goes on an adventure to find his “Personal Legend” or treasure. Coelho uses the hero cycle to add more emphasis on the plot, which overall makes the story more entertaining. In the story, the Old King tells Santiago that “when someone wants to realize his or her Personal Legend,” he will “always [be] nearby.” (67) This is an example of atonement with the father, because the Old King’s closeness creates a father like figure in him, who is there to support Santiago. The hero cycle for me made the story more enjoyable and kept me reading. Also most of the book is him trying to obtain his Personal Legend, which is “what you have always wanted to accomplish.” (23) Compared to other books I have read this year in my English class, this one was easier to follow in terms of diction. The language that Paulo Coelho uses in the novel overall is not too difficult to understand. Word choice is done very well, and lets the reader flow through the book at a constant pace. The diction also makes the book a novel for a wide range of readers. The hero cycle with the clean diction made the story very enjoyable. While reading this book, I found that it was fairly easy to understand the passage, and that it was very inviting. Paulo Coelho structures the syntax of the book in an easy-to-understand format. Throughout the book, the syntax helps the reader understand where they are on the page, and it also positively affects the pace set by the diction in the book. Towards the middle of the novel, the boy says that “An army is coming,” and he knows because he “had a vision.” This dialogue is quickly followed up by a response from a camel driver, saying that “the desert fills men’s hearts with visions.” (104) The quick pace of dialogue keeps the book driving keeps the pace constantly in motion. The syntax made it easier for me to follow the story and follow which character was speaking and what they where feeling or doing. Even though I enjoyed a great bit of the book, there was still another bit that I didn’t fully enjoy. At the beginning of the Alchemist, the book seems to go a slower speed then the rest of it. The first portion of the book has a lot to do with introducing Santiago, the plot, the setting, and more. There is a part in the story where it goes from page 35 to page 38 with very little dialogue, which I felt stopped progress of the story. The first part also has to do a lot with how he discovers his Personal Legend. It took me a little while longer to read the first part of the book then the rest because I was mostly bored while reading it. I also felt that there was more descriptive text than the rest of the book, which really dragged out the first part. In conclusion, the book has lots of great traits and only a few bad ones. I would definitely recommend this book to a friend or anyone who enjoys reading about adventure.

Interesting story
Format: Paperback
The Alchemist is an engaging modern fable centered on self-discovery, personal destiny, and following your dreams. It offers interesting life lessons and an easy-to-read story. While its themes draw on various spiritual ideas and may feel unconventional, it still delivers meaningful reflections on purpose and perseverance. Overall, a thought-provoking and enjoyable read.
