"I have been a massive Melvins fan since I first saw them play live in Seattle around 1985. They were a huge influence on me as a musician and big part of our local Seattle burgeoning underground rock music scene in the 80s. I reconnected with the Melvins in 2019 when they performed at the Chris Cornell tribute concert in Los Angeles. After the show, I emailed Buzz and asked if he, Dale, Steven and Toshi could help me record some solo material I had kicking around. I also collaborated with Seattle musician/producer Nate Yaccino and Meagan GrandallI on this release. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, completely dug the results and decided to pay homage to the Melvins by reimagining the artwork (with their permission) from their groundbreaking record Gluey Porch Treatments. This duvet cover is just lovely and super soft! Feels and looks like a luxury hotel and you cant beat the price for the quality! I was searching for a minimalist boho aesthetic so this is Just what i was looking for! I wish it came in a true white but the off white is close enough and i love that it’s organic cotton! It has ties not only in each corner but also in the top and bottom center so it stays extra secure and in place! Love love that it’s a hidden zipper instead of tedious buttons. I would definitely recommend 10/10. Incredibly easy to wash and dry. I also purchased the non organic version of this from the same brand so i could compare and it just wasn’t as soft so i went with this one!

So I’ll start by saying that I’ve bought many Bedsure products in the past. This one does not disappoint, but I also don’t feel like it’s 5 stars. It washed well and feels nice. Overall it’s a great duvet cover, but there’s three things I don’t personally like: 1. The price. Compared to their other covers, this one seems steep (though it’s probably the material that makes it more expensive?). 2. The material is somewhat shiny. I wasn't expecting that, and I don’t dig it. I’ve never had a cover that shines like this one does. 3. Pet hair retention is especially noticeable on this darker duvet (see photo). I’m sure this is either the fabric or the weave that causes this. For these three things, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. That said, if you can snag this during a sale (and you don’t have pets or don’t mind hair clinging to the cover), go for it!

Yes, it’s organic cotton! After buying two other “100 % organic cotton” duvet covers on Amazon that turned out to be polyester/blends, I was happy to find an honest company and product. The duvet cover washes well, had no detectable odor out of the package, and is a good weight. I love the hidden zipper closure and find that it gets softer with use. I hope the zipper stays intact with prolonged use and gentle wash cycle. Note that I almost bought this in white but realized it’s a different material (bamboo) based on the product description. If you are looking at different colors, check the material carefully before buying.

It’s also not too stiff, unless you want that then you can easily iron it to be that way. I prefer it right out of the washer and dryer for a classy but cozy look!
