The site creates smaller clusters, berries, thicker skins, and fresher acidity. Makes it easy to imagine sitting in a vineyard overlooking the sea and sniffing a glass bursting with white flowers, melon, nectarine and sea spray. Perfectly balanced and fresh the palate has layers of nectarine, lemon zest, herbs, and a hint of sea spray. Seafood based tapas dishes recommended.
