Our mission is simple: to create beautifully crafted Irish whiskey that celebrates Ireland’s history, culture, and distinctive flavour. The small batch is an immensely proud achievement, it’s light and sweet in the traditional triple-distilled style, yet retains the crisp signature character of a classic Irish whiskey.
To refine the finish, the small batch is matured in second-fill bourbon casks, using only Quercus Alba, premium American white oak known for imparting subtle sweetness and depth. This multi-award-winning spirit perfectly balances tradition and flavour.
