Our initial offering was the Espadín Mezcal, which we created using time-honored production methods learned from Maestros Mezcaleros throughout Mexico. During our exploration, we discovered that the distillates produced in Sola de Vega exhibited a unique combination of sweetness and spiciness when compared to those from other regions. Inspired by this observation, we decided to produce our own mezcal in Sola de Vega, fully embracing the concept of "from seed to bottle." The result is our Espadín Mezcal, boasting a rich minerality and complemented by notes of avocado leaf, fresh herbs, flowers, and citrus.
