The "Perles du Val de Moine" is the sparkling white wine that the Perraud brothers have been making with great expertise for years using the traditional Champagne method.

Using a blend of Chardonnay, Folle blanche and Pinot Noir grapes, the batch of the 2018 vintage we offer in this Spring selection benefited from a longer maturation time.

It therefore features a deeper robe with more pronounced strokes of pink and a generous bouquet with delicate fruity fragrances. Slightly more intense than the previous batch of the same vinage we offered last year, it still offers a dry and tonic mouth with a long and smooth finish.

Well-balanced and elegant with a distinct personality,this sparkling wine is a great variation to Champagne and a perfect match for parties and long evenings, served either at the start as an apéritif or later, paired with seafood or desserts.

Better served cold, around 6 to 8°C.
